Weight Loss for Health and Performance
Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 12:14PM Weight loss is always a hot topic, whether we want to lose weight to run faster, or lose weight to improve our general health.
In theory it is a simple process focussed around energy intake (through food) and energy expenditure (predominately through physical activity for the active person). However, in practice it is a little more difficult than that to actually achieve. Combine that with all the weight loss fads, tablets and 'great abs in only 3 minutes a day' and it becomes a difficult topic that many don't understand.
To provide you with the best insight into this topics, I am going to refer you through to one of the best summaries to weight loss I have read:

- The Calorie Conundrum - Part 2
- Calorie Complexities - Part 2B

I hope you find this series of interest. And if you have any topics of discussion, please add comments to this post and we can discuss in more detail.
